Develop and maintain advanced HR dashboards and reports using Tableau and other visualization tools to track key HR metrics.

Minimum Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related analytical roles.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and expert-level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel including data modeling, and experience with HRIS and HR analytics platforms.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in HR analytics or related roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs across recruitment, retention, compensation, and talent management.
Experience operating at a strategic level to influence HR decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and application of data science methods to HR challenges, including predictive analytics and automation opportunities.
