Java Full Stack Technical Lead (Individual Contributor)

Own end-to-end technical leadership of critical Retirement Solutions platforms, ensuring architecture, engineering quality, operational health, and long-term sustainability.

Lead design, development, and support of secure software solutions and modernization efforts with accountability for platform performance and release readiness.

Mentor and guide engineering teams on technical practices, promote DevSecOps, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business outcomes.

8+ years programming and systems design experience with at least 3 years in project management preferred.

Deep hands-on expertise in at least one modern programming language/framework such as Java or Angular.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, secure software engineering, CI/CD, cloud computing, and systems integration.

Education: Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred; aligned to India business hours with hybrid work model.

Experienced technical lead capable of providing strategy and technical direction without formal managerial authority, able to influence cross-team execution and decisions.

Proficient in applying secure engineering practices and DevSecOps to complex, operationally critical enterprise platforms in financial or retirement solutions domain.
