Any Graduate degree in Engineering or Science.

Basic awareness of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.

Fundamental understanding of databases like Oracle or SQL, and knowledge of storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.

Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational support shifts.

Experience in IT infrastructure monitoring and first-level incident management environments.

Comfortable working in a process-driven, rotational 24x7 support setting.

Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy is preferred but not mandatory.
