Lead full stack application system analysis, design, and development using Microservices, Angular, React, Java, MongoDB, Kafka, Oracle, and related technologies.
Provide technical leadership for an agile development team driving CI/CD best practices, developer-led automated testing, and continuous improvement using DORA metrics.
Partner with multiple management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and resolve high-impact projects influencing products and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience in application development and systems analysis roles.
Expert hands-on knowledge of Angular, React, Java/J2EE Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices architecture, Oracle and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Experience with SCM tools like GIT and agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead agile development teams with a focus on quality, CI/CD, and DevOps process enhancement.
Strong background in system design and architecture with experience implementing enterprise-level designs and design patterns.
Experience communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
