Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in programming and automation with Python, VBA, Microsoft Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
Strong technical skills in Python, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL fundamentals, and data transformation.
Work Environment: Hybrid location in Chennai, India; familiarity with Windows and macOS environments mentioned.

Experienced in building end-to-end automation workflows combining programming, Microsoft Power Platform, and APIs for business processes.
Comfortable working with data cleaning, transformation, visualization, and automation using AI tools and modern development tools like GitHub and Visual Studio Code.
Able to bridge technical expertise and business requirements to deliver measurable operational efficiency improvements through digital transformation projects.
