Sr. Application Engineer - Swing Shift

Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks like Spring or Micronaut.

Ensure software quality through strong coding standards, automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), and continuous refactoring for maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment to improve user experience and proactively address support issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years IT experience, including at least 2 years building front-end and/or back-end systems.

Hands-on experience with modern web/backend technologies (Spring, Micronaut preferred) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/XP).

Role is primarily office-based; willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally if required.

Experienced in object-oriented design with strong application architecture knowledge.

Proficient in delivering high-quality, well-tested software solutions with commitment to code quality and documentation.

Capable of effective collaboration in culturally diverse, cross-functional Agile teams with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting deadlines.
