Product Delivery Manager - Account & Reference Data Platform

Lead and develop a team of Product Delivery Leads to drive delivery culture and accountability for Account & SSI Reference Data products.

Own end-to-end delivery of capabilities and releases, including planning, build, testing, release, stabilization, adoption, and continuous improvement aligned to product vision and roadmap.

Manage cross-functional delivery execution by translating strategy into backlog/artifacts, prioritizing, managing dependencies, overseeing delivery health, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Extensive Vice President level experience leading product delivery, product transformation, and complex capability delivery in Financial Services.

Proven cross-functional delivery track record across Product, Technology, Operations, and Control organizations with end-to-end release ownership.

Strong Agile delivery expertise including backlog management, release readiness, and delivery governance.

Work Experience Required: Extensive VP-level experience in product delivery within Financial Services.

Experienced in strategizing and operationalizing delivery in complex, regulated financial services environments, particularly Investment Banking or Securities Services.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through senior stakeholder influence and leadership.

Experienced with Agile delivery frameworks and scaling delivery cadence across multiple teams and dependencies.
