Lead end-to-end discovery for a wave of ~50 P&C insurance applications, focusing on process mapping, gap identification, and modernization recommendations.
Manage and escalate issues through a pool of mid-level Business Analysts and report status and risks to leadership.
Deliver functional consolidation analysis and clickable prototypes for application rewrites coordinating with UX/design teams.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years as a Business Analyst/Business Architect in P&C insurance with experience in at least two areas: underwriting, new business, claims, producer/distribution, or compliance.
Proven leadership in discovery or BA teams on application rationalization, modernization, or legacy transformation programs.
Proficiency in L2/L3 process mapping, BRD authoring, and requirements elicitation from SMEs and undocumented legacy systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience directing and mentoring mid-level BAs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex discovery phases within P&C insurance application estates with a focus on rationalization and modernization.
Capable of translating process and integration gaps into actionable, IT-aligned recommendations and consolidations.
