Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst in IT services, software product development, or consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, UML), wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure), and documentation (BRD, FRD, SOW).
Experience working with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in client-facing roles leading discovery, demos, and training independently within IT/software service projects.
Skilled in detailed requirement gathering, managing change requests, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design).
Comfortable operating end-to-end on projects spanning diverse industry domains and global clients, handling both technical and business communication.
