Translate business intent into detailed, testable requirements for AI and data products from discovery through UAT.
Lead workshops to capture processes, personas, and priorities; write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own backlog refinement, prioritize work by business value and data readiness, and coordinate UAT and business validation of AI outputs.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years of business analysis experience, including at least 2 years on data, analytics, or AI/ML product delivery.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN or similar), gap analysis, and Agile delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Working knowledge of SQL and data literacy to validate requirements; ability to define acceptance criteria for AI features.
Effective workshop facilitation skills and clear communication across business, technical, and executive audiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI and data product delivery with a strong operational focus on backlog prioritization and UAT coordination.
Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders and translating complex business rules into actionable technical specifications.
Possesses skills related to GenAI, LLM, or agentic AI and exposure to data governance or pharma/life sciences domains is advantageous.
