Lead DevOps & Platform Engineer

Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) including multi-region network architectures and disaster recovery setups.

Lead large-scale Kubernetes cluster management and container orchestration for microservices and AI workloads.

Bridge application development and cloud operations by leveraging software engineering expertise to optimize backend performance and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

8–12+ years total experience in software engineering and infrastructure management, preferably in startups or AI/SaaS companies.

Proven experience as a backend/software engineer (Python, Java, Node.js, Go) followed by leadership in DevOps/Infrastructure/Platform Engineering.

Hands-on expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) with high availability and disaster recovery design, plus Kubernetes cluster orchestration.

Work Experience Required: 8–12+ years

Has a strong dual engineering background combining core application development and cloud/infrastructure platform leadership.

Experienced in building production-grade systems from the ground up within fast-paced, startup environments.

Technically hands-on leader comfortable with deep involvement in code, network configuration, and architectural design decisions.
