Data Analyst

Own end-to-end analysis across supply domain including order assignment, courier lifecycle, and supply-demand matching.

Monitor and diagnose supply performance metrics such as assignment speed, courier availability, delivery success, and identify root causes of issues.

Evaluate impact of product changes and operational initiatives through experiments; maintain data quality and build self-serve dashboards for stakeholders.

3+ years in analytical roles within marketplace, logistics, ride-hailing or on-demand delivery sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.

Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data analysis.

Strong statistics and experimentation fundamentals with understanding of supply-side marketplace dynamics.

Direct experience in dispatch, matching, or courier/fleet supply analytics in a marketplace environment.

Advanced degrees (Master's) in quantitative fields and familiarity with geospatial analysis and time-series forecasting.

Experience using Trino/Presto and BI tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau in high-growth, fast-paced settings.
