Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
8+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Engineering, System Integration, or Project Engineering.
Proficiency with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, etc.), SCADA/HMI systems, DCS systems, and industrial network protocols.
Experience in FEED, conceptual engineering, or related engineering activities; Work Experience Required: 8+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in industrial automation project execution, including system integration and control architecture design across multiple platforms and protocols.
Experience interfacing with customers and multidisciplinary teams to develop automation solutions at the conceptual and FEED stage.
Capability in project proposal, risk management, technical leadership, and coordinating engineering deliverables in complex industrial environments.
