Senior Multi-Cloud Network Engineer

Design, build, secure, automate, and operate enterprise-scale cloud network fabrics across AWS and GCP, including multi-account/multi-project and hybrid environments.

Develop scalable routing, segmentation, centralized security controls, and hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity architectures emphasizing security, resiliency, and operational simplicity.

Lead troubleshooting, automate network infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, provide technical leadership, and establish cloud network standards and reference architectures.

10-12+ years professional experience in network engineering with substantial hands-on public cloud networking.

7-8+ years practical knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, NAT, routing, VPN, firewalls, load balancing, and network segmentation.

4-5+ years hands-on experience each with AWS (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, PrivateLink, Route 53, AWS Network Firewall) and GCP (VPC, Shared VPC, Network Connectivity Center, Cloud Router, Cloud Interconnect, Firewall Policies).

3-4+ years Infrastructure as Code experience (preferably Terraform) with CI/CD and automated deployment practices.

Experienced in designing large-scale multi-cloud network architectures involving AWS multi-account and GCP multi-project/shared VPC environments.

Skilled in cloud network security architecture applying Zero Trust, segmentation, firewall, and least privilege principles with familiarity of compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST, CIS Benchmarks).

Capable of advanced network troubleshooting across cloud and hybrid environments; effective communicator to technical and senior stakeholders; proven technical leadership in cloud network standards and automation.
