Own end-to-end solution, scale, performance, and resiliency validation of Cisco cnBNG deployments on IOS-XR platforms.
Design and automate large-scale service-provider network topologies and subscriber/traffic scenarios using traffic generation platforms such as Keysight IXIA and Spirent.
Analyze system performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams to drive defects to resolution with measurable release readiness recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Strong experience in system, solution, scale, performance, and resiliency testing of networking or carrier-grade networking solutions.
Hands-on expertise with Keysight IXIA and/or Spirent traffic-generation platforms and strong Python programming including scalable test automation with pyATS/Genie or equivalent frameworks.
Work Experience Required: 8-12 years as indicated in the job title.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in functional, integration, regression, scale, performance, stress, longevity, failover, and high-availability testing methodologies for complex networking solutions.
Proficient with carrier-grade routing OS such as IOS-XR and related broadband/subscriber protocols (PPPoE, IPoE, DHCPv4/v6, RADIUS/CoA, L2TP).
Experience working in highly technical environments requiring deep traffic generation, automation, network performance analysis, and defect-root cause isolation across software, hardware, and forwarding layers.
