Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
4+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in production software development in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
Experience building and operating production CI/CD or release pipelines for complex distributed systems.
Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.

Experienced individual contributor comfortable working in ambiguous environments and challenging status quo.
Proven ability to improve engineering systems through automation, observability, and process simplification.
Familiarity with cloud-based applications, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring large-scale systems.
