Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles focused on application delivery and automation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
Practical knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux systems and scripting (bash, Python/Jython, Perl).

Senior technical specialist comfortable solving complex technical challenges with significant autonomy and influence.
Experience leading cloud and DevOps transformations, especially involving Microsoft Azure and container orchestration platforms.
Ability to mentor peers, influence technical decisions, and set standards across multiple teams in fast-paced Agile environments.
