Lead multiple software engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deliver automation solutions including LLM/agent-based tools to streamline operational workstreams and remediate control/security issues.
Own application risk, compliance, and security, including lifecycle management, vulnerability management, data accountability, and incident management for production services.
Drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and SRE best practices to improve delivery speed, quality, reliability, and operational outcomes across large teams and platforms.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software engineering discipline.
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with production software delivery.
Strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS/other cloud platforms, Big Data/ETL pipelines (e.g., Hortonworks/AWS).
Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala development, with strong debugging skills; expertise in SRE best practices and observability tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing multiple teams and coordinating cross-product/engineering at scale with strong urgency and influence.
Deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, SRE, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise AI-assisted development tools with ability to drive governance and coaching on responsible AI use.
Strategic operator adept at enhancing application reliability, security, and compliance through data-driven analytics and automation adoption in a complex, mission-critical environment.
