Manage and support Windows Server and Failover Cluster environments to ensure high availability and stability of KeyLink applications.
Perform cluster and application failover, switchover, recovery, and troubleshooting including Front-End and Back-End operations.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Windows, Database, Infrastructure, and Development teams for incident resolution and application health.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration including Failover Clustering and production troubleshooting.
Experience supporting enterprise applications like KeyLink with FE/BE components and backend startup/shutdown sequences.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting, SSL certificate management, and SQL/Oracle connectivity troubleshooting.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years; Location: Pune, India; English Proficiency: C1 Advanced.

Experienced in managing and troubleshooting complex Windows Failover Cluster environments in production.
Strong operational ownership with ability to handle critical production incidents, application recovery, and technical escalations.
Effective collaborator with cross-functional engineering teams (Windows, DB, Infrastructure, Development) for end-to-end issue resolution.
