Design, implement, and manage enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Centre network environments ensuring availability, performance, scalability, and security.
Configure and maintain Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Aruba switches, wireless controllers, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and network security solutions including VPNs and IDS/IPS.
Drive network optimization, capacity planning, incident troubleshooting, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps teams on integration projects.
Minimum Requirements
10–12 years of experience in Network Engineering or Infrastructure Operations with enterprise-scale networks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
Mandatory certifications: CCNA / CCNP.
Work mode includes 24x7 support with rotational shifts and onsite/on-call availability in Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Cisco network technologies including Cisco ACI, ISE, and related routing/switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
Experience operating in 24x7 production support environments and handling high-severity incidents with leadership capability.
Strong hands-on skills in network security, capacity planning, and architecture-level problem solving with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
