Associate Full Stack Engineer

Rapidly prototype and develop multiple solution concepts per 2-4 week cycles, translating AI solution blueprints into functional applications.

Own end-to-end deployment and maintenance of production-grade MVPs including containerization, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD setup, and uptime during client demos.

Support client pitch enablement through preparing demo environments, producing technical notes, iterating on client feedback, and maintaining reusable component libraries.

Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and at least one of Next.js or Express.js.

Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL including schema design and query optimization.

Hands-on experience deploying applications in live environments using Docker, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.

3 to 5 years of full stack development experience with at least one application deployed to production; Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced in fast-paced, iterative environments such as startups, innovation labs, or consulting studios with a bias toward rapid shipping over perfection.

Comfortable working with ambiguity and minimal specifications, adapting quickly across varied domain problems and technologies.

Demonstrates breadth across full stack development with public portfolios or side projects showcasing self-driven, deployed work.
