Own functional, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing for backend services and APIs in a multi-service, multi-tenant platform.
Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Define and execute performance benchmarks, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliability and scalability as system complexity grows.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles.
Hands-on experience with functional and performance testing for backend APIs and distributed services.
Proficiency with performance-testing tools (k6, JMeter, Gatling, Locust) and programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
Full-time, on-site work location in Bengaluru.

Experienced in building or significantly extending automation frameworks from scratch for complex backend systems.
Skilled at working independently while collaborating closely with multiple engineering teams across testing, infrastructure, and product domains.
Familiar with multi-tenant SaaS architectures, performance analysis, and operationalizing test automation in high-growth, product-led tech environments.
