Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or relevant industry, with 4-5 years preferred for similar roles.
Any degree qualification.
Work location: On-site in Bengaluru, Kadubesanahalli, India.
Work schedule: 6 days per week with rotational shifts; approximately 48 hours weekly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing soft services in facility management including housekeeping, F&B, and pest control.
Proven ability to meet financial and service targets while leading a team effectively.
Strong communication skills and computer literacy for managing operations and reporting.
