Conduct routine site inspections to ensure implementation and maintenance of building processes and best practices.
Provide onsite support including admin duties, coordinate with clients and suppliers to address facility-related enquiries and requirements, and participate in vendor procurement and budgeting.
Ensure workplace health and safety by implementing safe procedures, risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and comply with escalation and incident reporting protocols.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), soft services, property management, or related fields.
Any degree qualification.
Work location: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Work schedule: Rotational shifts, 6 days per week, 48 hours weekly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing soft services such as housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and event coordination within Integrated Facilities Management.
Proficient in client and vendor interaction to deliver efficient facility services and resolve conflicts.
Skilled in planning, budgeting, and maintaining health and safety compliance including local occupational health and safety requirements and risk management.
