Data & Operations Leader

Lead and develop the operations team responsible for data ingestion and related processing, ensuring service levels, accuracy, and productivity targets are met.

Drive operational excellence alongside modernization through automation, workflow redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve scalability, efficiency, and quality of data ingestion capabilities while monitoring performance metrics.

Significant experience leading operations or service delivery teams in a high-volume environment.

Strong background in operational management, including SLA delivery, quality control, and people leadership.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, business, or a related discipline.

Role is hybrid based in Mumbai with a requirement to work onsite at least three days per week.

Experience leading teams that support data ingestion, document processing, or similar human-in-the-loop workflows.

Proven success in driving automation, operational transformation, and applying Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods.

Ability to balance near-term delivery with strategic operational transformation in a regulated financial services or insurance environment.
