Business Operations & Architecture Leader

Lead design and evolution of future-fit operating models, business processes, and ways of working within Marsh’s Innovation & Data Organization.

Identify and deliver workflow simplification, improved data ingestion, and enable automation and AI-assisted executions that create measurable business value.

Partner with business, data, and technology stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable executable solutions and track impact through defined metrics.

15+ years experience in business architecture, process improvement, transformation, or enterprise design.

Experience designing or improving operating models, workflows, or service delivery in complex organizations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, systems design, computer science, or related field preferred.

Must work onsite in Mumbai, India at least three days per week (hybrid work model).

Proven ability working across business, data, technology, and operations stakeholders to implement data-enabled, technology-supported solutions.

Experience in financial services, insurance, or consulting environments within matrixed global organizations.

Expertise in business operations, enterprise architecture, transformation design, and digital/AI-enabled automation initiatives.
