Senior Technical Product Owner

Manage and prioritize the product backlog for multiple agile teams, driving the delivery of complex digital capabilities and client implementations.

Influence the technical roadmap by adding new features based on market analysis and internal insights, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Lead process improvements and BAU support activities, including analysis and resolution of production issues and optimization of workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.

5-8 years of experience in technology roles such as scrum master, project manager, business/system analyst, or software engineer with agile and scrum principles.

Strong technical background delivering complex platforms or enterprise systems.

Experience building or launching products using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

Experienced in translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and delivery plans, with a systems-thinking mindset focused on scalable platform solutions.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams in fast-changing environments.

Background in financial services or regulated industries and familiarity with AI governance, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations is advantageous.
