Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering squads, including planning, execution, release, and benefit realization.

Drive technical solutioning engagement with engineering teams, manage scope, budget, risks, and lead vendor coordination including SLA and contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
10–15 years of experience with over 12 years in technology delivery, program management, or technical product management roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Proven experience managing large, multi-team Agile or SAFe projects, with technical knowledge of full stack development, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and Agile tools.
Work Experience Required: 10–15 years; Location: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong program management skills combined with a deep technical background, ideally with prior experience as a software engineer or technical lead.
Experienced in driving enterprise-scale Agile/SAFe delivery, with ability to engage across business and technology stakeholders, including C-level presentations.
Demonstrates ability to manage complex programs involving cloud-hosted distributed platforms, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and vendor management.
