UI/UX Designer

Own the end-to-end design of AI and data product interfaces including conversational prompts, evidence-based review workspaces, and multi-tier dashboards for diverse business user tiers.

Conduct user research and map persona journeys and task flows to inform design decisions for analysts, reviewers, and executives.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma; manage component libraries and design systems; support front-end engineers during build and UAT.

4 to 7 years of experience in product or UX design with a portfolio including enterprise, data-heavy, or B2B applications.

Expert proficiency in Figma or similar tools for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.

Strong UX process skills including research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.

Experience designing data visualization and dashboards for complex, data-dense content with understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and responsive design standards.

Experienced in designing interfaces for regulated, audit-heavy workflows and human-in-the-loop interactions involving review, approval, compliance, governance.

Skilled at designing conversational UX and explainability features for AI or agentic products, focusing on trust and confidence cues.

Comfortable collaborating with technical teams, especially front-end engineers working with React, and capable of preparing detailed developer handoff documentation.
