Draft, review, and amend procurement contracts including NDAs using standard templates and playbooks, supporting contract negotiations and risk mitigation.
Maintain contract records, ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives in contracting processes.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8+ years experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management with strong contract administration knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven hands-on experience with contracting tools and technologies such as Ariba or OnIT.
Work Experience Required: 5 to 8+ years in related fields as above.

Strong operational focus blending contracting expertise with compliance, governance, and audit readiness.
