Develop and execute test specifications, scripts, and frameworks for body electronics systems using dSPACE HIL or Vector platforms.
Analyze and debug test failures, report defects, and collaborate with system developers for issue resolution.
Drive test automation from the beginning to improve quality of HIL testing across multiple body electronics functions.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience in HIL testing and body electronics functions.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent (B.E./B.Tech).
Mandatory skills: CANoe, VTest Studio, CAPL, familiarity with dSPACE HiL and Vector test benches, and knowledge of CAN, LIN communication protocols.
Experience in UDS diagnostic testing, DoIP, basic HIL environment setup, and scripting with PTTA/CAPL/Python/Perl/C/C++.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working on body electronics functions such as wiper system, sunroof, door control, keyless go, locking system, and lighting systems.
Ability to analyze requirements deeply, envision diverse testing scenarios, and develop comprehensive test scripts with focus on automation.
Comfortable with setting up and managing HIL test environments including hardware connections, ECU flashing, and protocol communications (CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet).
