Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology programs with multiple projects and epics, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and strategic objectives.
Own program scope, schedule, cost, quality, dependencies, and risks to deliver measurable value and adhere to governance frameworks.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Business Units, Product Owners, and Technology Business Partners to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years experience leading large, complex technology programs with multiple teams and delivery models.
Proven experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and program management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, or Jira.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization.
Work location: Bengaluru, India; Candidate expected to support US time zone program teams.

Experienced in operating within formal governance, compliance, and portfolio management frameworks in large organizations.
Demonstrates ability to influence decisions across teams, platforms, and business units with high autonomy and accountability.
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate effectively with senior leadership and drive alignment across multiple functions.
