Lead and conduct Time & Motion Studies to identify and drive productivity improvements across manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and supply chain operations.
Support and implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and standardize operating procedures.
Collaborate cross-functionally to track operational KPIs, execute process improvement projects, and support capacity planning and manpower utilization studies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
Hands-on experience with Time & Motion Study, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations improvement projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong foundation and practical exposure in Industrial Engineering principles related to productivity and process improvement.
Experience working in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, food processing, or other supply chain-driven organizations.
Analytical and data-driven operator capable of collaborating with multiple teams to implement measurable operational improvements.
