Support Saab Dynamics Business Units in identifying and pursuing EU and NATO opportunities from early assessment through bid submission.
Coordinate capture and bid activities including developing capture plans, stakeholder maps, timelines, and proposal materials.
Develop and implement processes, tools, templates, and ways of working for the NATO/EU Affairs team to improve support for Business Units.
Minimum Requirements
A few years of relevant experience in tender management, bid management, capture management, project management, or similar coordinating roles.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment preferred.
Fluency in English both spoken and written; Swedish language skills considered an advantage.
Must pass security vetting; additional citizenship requirements may apply for security clearance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating complex bid or project activities with multiple stakeholders, preferably in international contexts.
Has an interest or background in defense sector, military customer requirements, and European defense cooperation.
Comfortable developing new tools and processes while working independently and collaboratively within a newly formed team.
