Manager Digital Program (Finance Transformation Lead - Analytics Center of Excellence (COE))

Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives within the Analytics Center of Excellence, focusing on process improvement, automation, and AI integration.

Manage Continuous Improvement and Automation Analytics team, delivering measurable business value through redesigning finance processes and deploying scalable digital solutions.

Partner with finance, data, analytics, and technology teams to drive adoption of innovative technologies, ensure program governance, and provide strategic stakeholder management including executive communication.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related discipline.

10-15 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Management Consulting, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Finance Systems.

Preference for candidate to be based out of Whitefield, Bangalore-KA, India with a 5-day in-office work schedule.

Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and building business cases with quantifiable financial benefits.

Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional finance transformation programs involving automation, AI, and ERP optimization at enterprise scale.

Strong background partnering across Finance, Analytics, Digital Technology, and Business Operations in matrix organizations without direct authority.

Proven ability in stakeholder influence at senior levels and translating business challenges into scalable analytical and digital solutions.
