Director of Product

Design and oversee innovation and development of the Single Data Plane investment data management platform.

Define product requirements, plan development to production, and collaborate closely with clients to achieve bookings, NPS, and gross margin targets.

Manage 2-3 scrum teams (12-15 engineers), prioritize across products, and align roadmap among multiple development teams for scalable, automated data platform enhancements.

8+ years experience as a Product Manager or similar role owning product lifecycle in B2B enterprise SaaS environment.

Prior experience in investment management industry with strong domain knowledge in Security Reference, Trade, Analytics, Pricing, Accounting (ABOR/IBOR), Performance, Custody data domains.

At least 5 years experience in structured financial data management platforms such as master data management, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, or data lake house.

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field; or proven hands-on technical experience if no formal technical education.

Experienced in managing data ingestion platforms and data management features/functions within asset management domain with demonstrated execution and influencing skills.

Comfortable leading multiple scrum teams and aligning cross-product roadmaps in a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Strong knowledge of investment accounting and ability to integrate client feedback into product strategy for measurable impact on bookings and client satisfaction.
