Minimum Requirements
Academic background in social sciences, human rights, international development, or related field.
Initial experience or strong interest in social performance, human rights, impact assessment, or stakeholder engagement.
Understanding of international standards such as IFC Performance Standards, EBRD Requirements, Equator Principles, and UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Ability to travel to remote project sites; fluency in English required; French and/or Italian language skills prioritized.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying international social and human rights standards in consulting or development finance contexts.
Capable of managing multiple workstreams with strong analytical, research, and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in multinational, cross-functional teams supporting global sustainability projects.
