Own and evolve Kubernetes platform architecture to support hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, focusing on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
Build, automate, and operate platform tooling and automation with Go, including GitOps and CI/CD workflows for multi-cluster Kubernetes deployment.
Lead platform initiatives (upgrades, migrations, networking, storage, scalability) and define engineering standards and long-term strategy while mentoring engineers and partnering with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Strong experience designing, administering, and operating Kubernetes platforms including cluster lifecycle and production operations.
Proficient in Go programming and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in software/cloud/platform engineering or related domain.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise with Kubernetes architecture, networking, storage, and related cloud-native technologies (preferably with GCP/GKE but AWS/Azure also acceptable).
Experienced in implementing GitOps and CI/CD automation and observability best practices for platform reliability and security.
Senior-level technical leadership capabilities with strategic influence on architecture, mentoring skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally on platform-roadmap decisions.
