Real Estate Strategy Manager (f/m/d)

Develop and lead real estate location and portfolio strategies for Siemens locations in India and across Asia Pacific and Japan, aligning local insights with global objectives.

Manage strategic analyses including feasibility, site selection, and scenario assessments to inform senior management decision-making.

Oversee interdisciplinary projects and manage external real estate consultants to ensure delivery of high-quality market intelligence and decision proposals.

Master’s degree in Business Administration combined with a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a comparable field.

5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Real Estate, real estate strategy, portfolio management, location advisory, or management consulting.

Strong knowledge of Indian commercial real estate market; experience in APJ markets preferred.

Business-fluent English and willingness to travel within India, APJ, and internationally.

Experience working with International Property Consultants or leading real estate advisory firms with regional and international project exposure.

Proficient in strategic real estate market analysis, financial modelling, and scenario/risk analysis, with ability to use AI and advanced analytics tools.

Capable of managing senior stakeholders and external advisors across culturally diverse and international environments.
