Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred).
0-1 years of software development experience; ideally started as a Software Engineer.
Strong programming expertise in Enterprise Java, Springboot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, REST API, OAuth.
Hands-on experience with cloud solutions on Azure, microservices architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka, Spark), RESTful APIs, and tools like Kubernetes, NoSQL, RDBMS, Docker.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Early career professional with combined architecture/design and hands-on development experience in cloud native and microservices environments.
Technically proficient in Azure cloud services and event-driven systems capable of working within a global distributed team.
Able to lead mentorship efforts and communicate technical vision across teams and to customers.
