Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of software development experience with strong skills in an object-oriented language (Java/Python).
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or agent-based systems and implementing frontier AI models in enterprise workflows.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, asynchronous workflows, and scalable backend design.
Working knowledge of or willingness to learn ServiceNow platform; strong emphasis on code quality and traceability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or workflow automation with critical evaluation of AI impact.
Skilled in backend system design with emphasis on scalability, reliability, and AI-driven automation in production environments.
