Software Engineering Manager-Java Full Stack

Manage and develop a team of engineers and less experienced managers to build high-quality software using modern technology, ensuring adherence to Banking Platform Architecture and non-functional requirements.

Serve as technical representative during cross-team planning and resolve technology roadblocks related to code, build, deployment, security standards, and software development life cycle.

Collaborate with product managers to influence product roadmap, drive user satisfaction, and promote agile and DevOps practices, while managing resource allocation and talent development.

Minimum 5 years software engineering experience.

At least 2 years leadership experience managing engineering teams or managers.

Experience with Java and Spring Boot technology stack.

Experience with React or Angular frontend frameworks.

Experienced in managing software engineering teams delivering applications at banking or enterprise scale with adherence to architecture and compliance.

Capable of resolving technical and process impediments, mentoring engineers in coding and design, and fostering continuous improvement culture.

Familiarity with cloud environments, AI/GenAI technologies, and driving product-technology alignment in agile and DevOps contexts.
