Own delivery and quality assurance of master-data management services across Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
Manage and develop a team responsible for data validation, enrichment, hierarchy management, duplicate resolution, and continuous governance improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Operations, or related discipline.
Experience leading a team and managing master-data functions including service levels and operational workloads.
Location: Chennai, India with hybrid work mode; full-time, 40 hours per week.

Experienced in managing account and customer master data with strong operational leadership and governance oversight.
Skilled in collaborating across Sales, Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT and implementing enterprise governance requirements locally.
Proficient with Salesforce and external reference data sources, with demonstrated ability to monitor and improve data quality and operational performance.
