Monitor product adoption, quality, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvements, integrating AI technologies and emerging trends to drive innovation.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, or related leadership roles in a technology-driven environment.
Strong practical background in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI-assisted product development.
Must be Bangalore-based or willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week at company facilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying AI technologies to product management and business processes within regulated industries, preferably healthcare technology or medical devices.
Proficient in supporting global product launches and product development lifecycle management processes.
Able to influence cross-functional and global stakeholders, working effectively in a multidisciplinary and data-driven environment.
