Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
0-2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark fundamentals, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of ETL/ELT processes.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools; experience with Python or PySpark for data processing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in evolving healthcare settings or related domains involving complex data pipelines and analytics.
Comfortable operating in cross-functional teams collaborating with Operations, Product, Finance, and Business units.
Capable of managing data lifecycle end-to-end, troubleshooting pipeline performance, and delivering actionable business insights.
