Lead planning, validation strategy, and resolution of complex system integration issues across hardware, software, verification, and field teams.
Mentor engineers and manage integration priorities aligned with architectural, process, and release goals including tracking and escalation of integration risks and issues.
Minimum Requirements
7 to 10 years of experience in telecommunication or networking domain.
Hands-on experience with system integration testing of 4G/5G eNB/gNB elements covering L1, L2, L3, and OAM components.
Proficient in analyzing logs, pcap and radio parameters; experience with simulators/emulators like TM500/E500, Keysight, or SIMNOVOUS.
B.Tech/BE degree in CSE, ECE, or equivalent engineering discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in wireless protocols and system integration for 4G/5G telecom products, especially integrating core features like LA, power control, and data forwarding.
Strong hands-on skills with standard version control (GIT/GERRIT) and SDLC processes.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers in complex integration, validation, and troubleshooting in telecom R&D environments.
