Enable product teams to deploy and run services reliably in GCP production environments, including onboarding to cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and operational readiness practices.
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for deploying containers, VMs, and network components.
Act as first responder for production incidents, automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency, and drive improvements in reliability, scaling, automation, and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of experience in DevOps roles, preferably in product or fintech domains.
B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
3+ years of hands-on experience with GCP in production environments.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes/GKE, Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Terraform IaC, NGINX + Helm, and solid cloud networking knowledge (VPCs, firewall rules, ingress/egress).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working embedded within product development teams and comfortable owning cloud operational readiness and production support.
Practiced with GitOps and proficient in creating self-service frameworks for developers to enable safe, repeatable deployments.
Familiar with monitoring and observability tools, and skilled at collaborating with architects/platform teams to ensure adherence to cloud readiness and operational standards.
