Lead technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex interoperability, timing, synchronization, and performance issues.
Drive cross-functional collaboration for feature design influence, integration process improvements, and oversee customer trials and escalations.
Minimum Requirements
15 to 18 years experience in Wireless Communications, LTE, and 5G NR product development, system integration, or verification.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) in CSE/ECE or equivalent.
Strong expertise in integrating and validating FW, FPGA, L1, L2, L3, OAM, DU, RU components for 4G/5G eNB/gNB releases.
Deep understanding of LTE/NR RAN protocols (including CA, MIMO, VoLTE, EN-DC), O-RAN standards, front-haul protocols, and system-level debugging with strong Linux scripting skills (Python, Shell).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior engineer with deep domain expertise in LTE/5G RAN architecture, integration, and system validation who can lead cross-functional teams in complex technical problem resolution.
Experienced in multi-vendor O-RAN interoperability and customer field deployments with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
Comfortable driving automation, continuous validation, and influencing product architecture from an integration perspective in large-scale wireless system development environments.
