Experience leading small teams or pods and working in distributed/global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms aligned to shared services or platform architecture models.
Demonstrated hands-on leadership emphasizing delivery quality, team mentorship, and adherence to architectural standards.
Prior exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, microservices, API-first design, and outcomes-driven engineering in regulated, fast-paced environments.
