Strong skills in workflow design, business rules, integrations via REST APIs, CMDB and data model management, ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release Management, etc.), and release/configuration management.
Work Experience Required: Senior-level experience in enterprise ITSM platform implementation and operation (exact years not explicitly mentioned).
